Camilla is a Brighton based Yoga Teacher who is passionate about helping people access their inner peace in modern life.
She trained with the Vajrasati Yoga School in Brighton and the Friends of Yoga School in Petersfield. She has been teaching classes and workshops in Brighton for the past 6 years as well as teaching at retreats abroad. Yoga and self-healing has been part of her life for over 23 years and continues to inspire her and many others.
Camilla will be teaching a mindful hatha yoga class to help unwind tension and de-stress.
Modern life can catch up with us, whether it be a busy work schedule and or family commitments. If we do not take time out for self-care to breathe and slow down, we inevitably start to feel the effects of stress and burn out effecting our health, physically, mentally and emotionally.
In this yoga class, we will experience a slow moving, mindful practice which will help to let go of tension in the body and calm a busy mind, leaving us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
